How we work
Restoration on an occupied building is as much a logistics problem as a construction one. Residents need access to their balconies, parking and entrances. Boards need predictable costs and clear reporting. Consultants need work executed to specification and documented as it goes.
We plan around all three: staged access so fewer units are affected at once, scheduled notice before work reaches a unit, and progress documented against the consultant's specification.
